Thank you for the lovely card you sent. We appreciate how you handled the pickup of Kumbira with dignity, and the way you closed off the cremation process. The lovely blue velvet bag in a paw print container, carefully placed in a labeled bag with additional documents was both thoughtful and meaningful. Thank you for everything.

I just wanted to thank you and your staff for taking such great care of Max. He was a wonderful dog with a gentle
spirit and will be very much missed. As you know I was worried about receiving his actual ashes back when we made the decision to cremate him, but after talking with you I was reassured that Max would be coming home with me. Thank you for spending the time talking with us and telling us what would happen. It was nice to hear you speak of Thor the way you did and see the connection you have with Ty. It helped me be at peace with knowing Max was in excellent hands. God Bless and Thank You Again!
