Jazzie

Dear Jazzie:

You were our wonderful friend and companion and delight for 10 years. You and your brother Chai were so close and such special kitties. WeI miss you and we miss the two of you together. Your quiet, dignified and wise personality gave us so much comfort and joy. Your brother Chai misses you too. He misses his cuddles with you. We try to fill in as best we can, but I know it isn't the same. It isn't the same for any of us without you. Your presence and spirit are missed. A huge hole remains where your beautiful blue eyes and soft fur once sat. We miss your meows and your paw on our arm or hand. Dad misses you helping him get ready for work in the morning. He misses you sitting next to him as he reads a book with your paw on the page as if you both were reading together. There are a million things we miss about you. We know the angels are keeping you warm and loved. We will be together again one day and you will be well and out of pain and we will sit on the porch wherever we will be and listen to the birds singing and I will tell you how beautiful you are and how much you are loved. Until then, know you are loved. "There is a sacredness in tears They are not a mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are the messengers of overwhelming grief...and of unspeakable love." --Washington Irving
